I can't access the online catalog and My Library Account. The page never loads and errors out.

Are you using a wireless device on campus?

Unfortunately this is a known problem related to the wireless network at ESF. Please send an email to IT services at helpdesk@esf.edu or fill out their online help form explaining the issue you are having accessing the library's catalog using the wireless network on campus. 

In the meantime, please call us at 315-470-6711 and we'd be happy to renew your books for you or search for an item.

Are you off campus? Are you using a wired internet connection on campus?
