Items are held for the semester before being put out on display as give a ways except:

Prescription and over the counter medications are sent to UPD immediately.

Drivers Licenses and bank cards are sent to UPD daily.

Valuable items defined as having a value of over $50 are sent to UPD on a daily basis.

Flash drives/data storage devices while of little cash value may contain valuable or sensitive material. These should be not be accessed and should be given to the Circulation Manager. The manager will notify the owner and hold them till the end of the semester. All flash drives not claimed by owners will have the device reformatted and the data destroyed.
