Moon Library does has a working microform reader that you can view microfiche (flat sheets). The readers are not equipped to view microfilm (reels).
The good news is that you can go over to Bird Library on the Syracuse University campus and use their microfilm reader. The bonus of going to Bird is that you will also be able to save the content as a pdf. At Moon, you can only view it.
