In order for library staff to check out books for your professors, the professors will need to complete a proxy form. Return the form to Nan Clark in the library and she will add the GA as a proxy to their account.
Proxy Borrowing is a privilege extended to faculty to assist with their instruction and research by allowing designated faculty, staff, or students to check out materials from moon Library on their behalf. Materials checked out by a proxy borrower are charged to the faculty member's account, and the faculty member is responsible for the return of these materials and any fees incurred.
