Moon Library's fax machine can not receive faxes. It can only send faxes.
If you need to receive a fax, check to see if the sender can send it using email. You may even be able to receive an encrypted pdf. If they can't send the document over email, several public libraries offer fax services: OCPL branches with fax services. You might also be able to find a free or low cost service online.
