The library does indeed collect and archive dissertations and theses produced by ESF students. There are a few reasons why we might not have a copy, but in reality, we almost always have a copy. The online versions are in ProQuest's Dissertation database and the physical copies in Moon Library should be indexed in the library catalog. If you still can't find what you are looking for, contact the library and a librarian will help you out.
