Q. Help, I ran into an error when I try to access an article that starts with "Oops! It looks like you've attempted to view a page that is not configured for access."

If you run into the error below, the library either does not provide access to the article or library staff need to update a configuration with the vendor that helps provide off campus access.

You can:

• submit an interlibrary loan request for the item, and/or
• contact library staff and share a screenshot or let the staff member know what you were trying to access
